So I finally got my lazy ass back out and exercising again! I also got up to 20.8mph!
Unfortunately that wasn't running, I was on my inline skates (K2 Radical 100s). I've had some problems with my Radical 100s which has caused me to not skate on them but I tried to come up with a fix for the issue today. The issue is the way the right boot strap presses against my ankle bone, it's one of the most excruciating pains ever, but other than that I love the skates!

Summary: I went 4.06 miles, in 22 minutes. My heart rate maxed at 183bpm.
Thoughts: I really hope I get to skating more, though I think I'm going to order new Radical 100s, the 2008 models, and then sell my 2007 models.
More exercise this week as I get back into the fitness swing after 2.5 weeks off.
