I was headed down 55 last night about 10pm and had a bike behind me. He really wanted to race, and I could tell. I was half tempted to play with him a bit, but decided I shouldn't, as I didn't want to get my ass handed to me :)
I got off the highway at my exit and he pulled beside me. We talked a bit at the light, when it turned green he took off, raising the front off the ground quite a bit. Boy I sure do miss having a bike :( I'm pretty sure that next spring I'll have to fix that and get another bike for myself to play with! Now that I don't have to wear a shirt and tie to work everyday taking the bike to work just got a lot more...

I got the urge to redesign, as I do every few weeks. I've added a new photo gallery, with a little bit better functionality than the last one. I'll try to continually add items to it. So far I'm not so sure I like my organizational structure in the gallery, but it will do until I come up with something better.

I found some old pictures I took back in April of 2000 at Pop's in Sauget Illinois.
Papa Roach was doing a tour right before Infest came out, Greg and I went, had a blast. I talked to Dave and Jerry a little bit before they played, it was nice to be able to do that, I'm sure nowadays that would be next to impossible. It's good to see they've blown up though.

Today at the St. Louis Region autocross my MPx200 was sitting out, underneith a cold cup of ice. I've had problems at the past few events where the phone gets hot in the sun and the front panel goes dark. Today that started to occur, so I sat the phone under the cup for a while.
When I picked the phone up I noticed it was vibrating off and on, so I thought I had a call, nope, no call, and no SMS message. Weird, so I sat the phone in the seat of my car. I picked it up a few minutes later and it was vibrating again, but this time it won't stop. Both displays are now off, I didn't turn off the phone. I try turning the phone on/off and nothing, it just keeps vibrating. I tried removing the battery, it stops vibrating, of course :) I put the battery back in, starts vibrating again!
I tried multiple things, holding down the power key, holding down the blue button when inserting the battery, holding down both. I couldn't get it to quit vibrating or power up.
I ended up leaving the battery out of the phone for about 10 minutes, and then when I installed it again the vibrating stopped, but the phone wouldn't start up.
After letting the phone sit again for a while it finally started up. I was beginning to get afraid I was going to have to do a hard reset again. Luckily it all appears to be back to normal...

I emailed the guys who run StlNet.org and asked about starting up a STL dotnetnuke users group.
Hopefully they provide some useful information which I can get started with. I'll probably get started on a web site for the group shortly, gauge some interest and try to get a first meeting setup.

Based on various reviews and other blogs I've read I went and purchased my first PS2 game in almost two years. The only thing my PS2 has been used for as of late is to play DVDs in my bedroom.
Last night Russ and I headed out to BB to pick it up. After playing for a few hours all I can say is “damn cool”. I'm hoping to get some more time playing it this weekend and get some more time to sit and play it, after that i'll try to writeup a better review.

I ran across an interesting way to get experience today in City of Heroes. I was running through independance port with my 12th LVL Tanker and was trying to dodge all of the 23-26 lvl bad guys. I got a little too close to a couple of said bad guys and was attacked by them, but kept on chucking and made it through the zone without a painful death.
A few minutes later I got 70XP and 70 influence, apparently someone else killed one of the guys who had hit me along the way. I'll have to try that again sometime, see if I can reproduce similiar...

It's 1:35am, and I can't sleep. I watched a little TV, tried to just listen to the radio and doze off, no dice. After 14 hours of sleep I went to 7-11 again this morning, today I broke from the norm, I got a soda instead of coffee. While filling my cup I had a straw in my mouth. By accident I hit the straw with my hand shoving it back into my throat. OUCH that hurt.

I went to the driving range this afternoon. It was a blast! I haven't hit the ball that well in who knows how long. I'm going to try to start going a couple nights a week now to try to dust off my golf skills.
I've also been playing my guitar a bit lately, needless to say with the driving range and the guitar my hands are a little sore right now. They'll harden up though and be good to go for both in a few...
