Well, it looks like it's time for me to dust off my Handy Man skills.
Krista and I are dating again, and she just bought a house. Last night Bill and made a few trips to the hardware store and got her gas dryer hooked up and running. I guess the thing hasn't been run for 10-11 years, so it was a little dusty. When testing out the line Bill decided to start up the dryer while I was behind it, and of course the vent wasn't hooked up yet. I ended up getting COVERED in dust and dirt from who knows where.
The dryer is hooked up and running now though, so she can start doing her laundry at home, which I know she is looking forward...

Well, I won my V37 last December. Around march I ordered the Upgrade. Upon upgrading it died. The upgrade process completed but when I went to do a cold boot after upgrading it just sat on the "Please wait for 30 seconds" and doesn't respond after that.I emailed viewsonic, they've had me downgrade my rom (thanks for the link VS support!) I was then able to get back into the V37 w/ PC2002. I was told to try upgrading again. I've upgraded again, and I still have the same problem "Please wait for 30 seconds"Anyone else run into this problem or have any suggestions? ...

Microsoft.com is redesigned and XP SP2 is available via Windows Updates.
The only thing I am really worried about with SP2 is the firewall and what it will do to my RDP before I leave for work!

Update for the original post
So far so good, I've tried remotely RDP'ng to the machine I am on, and received the connection window. I'm off to work now, will verify that I can actually connect and login to RDP from there. Then I'll do some more looking around into XP SP2.
So far I've received two notifications for unblocking access for the firewall. one for AIM and one for activesync....

Well, I figured out a bit more. Track 1 on the CD Getting Away With Murder from Papa Roach will not play on my machine here at work. Trying to play track one on either iTunes or WM Player 10 is not possible and brings both applications to a crawl.
The rest of the tracks play fine. I'll try the CD at home tonight, I didn't get a chance to test it last...

The gist I get out of it is that they want people to order online, where they don't have to pay a customer service rep to make the sale. It took me FOREVER to figure out how to refill the NOS bottle on Street Racing Syndicate. I just happen to notice that while driving around town, not racing, any respect points you earn for drifting or jumping slowly refills your Nitrous bottle. Hope that helps some of you who hadn't figured this out...
