St. Louis was rated as the 3rd most dangerous city to live in for the United States. That's great. I'm glad Missouri has a Conceal and Carry law nowadays!

I've seen this crime first hand, I had my Camaro broken into while I worked downtown a few years ago. Car theft in the city is horrible, kids do it for fun, and then they don't get punished for getting caught, which doesn't really help to deter them from doing it again!
