On Monday August 21, 1995, I started college at what was then known as the University of Missouri – Rolla (UMR), now referred to as Missouri University of Science and Technology (MST). If I recall correctly I started at 7:30am with an Algebra/Trig class designed to speed freshmen into the math program if you didn’t test out of the class. Tonight, 2 jack and diet-cokes, tomorrow? 3! Friday the 14th we're heading down, the 15th is the big celebration, and also my 31st birthday. Sunday we'll recover and drive home.
Yesterday afternoon a few of my fraternity brothers and I took a roadtrip down to Rolla. We had to go give one of our fraternity brothers our best, and have a few beers with him. Mike is headed to Iraq on Friday morning to work there for 4 months training soldiers on a new weapons system. Best of luck to you Mike, give them hell and have a safe trip, we'll be drinking with you when you get...
