Missouri Conservation Web Searches

I was watching KETC Channel 9 today, an episode of Missouri Outdoors was one. They had a quick spot on finding their web site, www.missouriconservation.org, they said to use the URL or enter Missouri Conservation into any search engine. So I thought I'd try it out, sure enough you get the Missouri Conservation web site at http://www.mdc.missouri.gov/

Now to see how far up I can go!

If you are trying to renew your subscription try this link! http://mdc4.mdc.mo.gov/applications/conmag/ConMag.aspx

I cannot renew your subscriptions for you!

Nice. I saw the same episode this weekend and was a bit envious of their resident web geek. Seems like it would be a fun gig if you were into hunting/shooting etc as well as web dev.

Even after finally finding the renew site, I could not renew because it ask for subscription # which I did with the Web Id # in front of it. Didn't work. This is the most confusing site there is. Does us no good if you cannot do what it is requesting.

The link in the second message worked for me. The ID number is right above my name on the shipping label on my magazine.

We tried the renewal website on Road Runner and it wouldn't work. Ended up going thru AOL and could renew. The number above the name doesn't work. We used the Web ID number and was successful.

I have seen more wild turkey (looking out my kitchen window) this spring than in the last 8 years. We own 38 mostly wooded acres in southern St. Francois Co. Wooded area about 20 yds from window and 50 yds from creek. Would veg. peelings etc. draw bugs to encourage turkey?
