I use Strava to track my bicycle rides. Below you can see my recent activity.
So I came home this evening after class and motivated myself to go to the Y. I ended up spending 31 minutes on the track, 2.55 Miles at a pace of 12:09.
I peaked my heart rate at 186 and my fastest pace was 7:14, though I'm doubt that pace was held for very long :)
This website runs on the best open source content management system, DotNetNuke, it always runs the latest release.
