Breakfast: Yogurt

Snack: Yoplait Light Smoothie

Lunch: Penn Station 6" Pizza Sub and Chips, and a cookie (Tuesday is cookie day at Penn Station)

Dinner: Chicken Ceasar Salad

Snack: Two bowls of Crispex, Skinny Cow Strawberry Sorbet and Cream

Bedtime Weight: 263lbs
